The book is called Yalkut Shaiylos u'Teshuvos. As the title indicates, it is a collection of questions and answers on halakhic topics. The questions were asked by young Skvere yeshiva students in New Square, New York. The answers are rabbinic.

The section translated below is titled, "Goyyim" and it explains the Skvere hasidic view of non-Jews, citing among other sources, the Skvere Rebbe himself.

The anti-gentile hatred is based on rabbinic sources. Those sources are heavily influenced by kabbalah and by hasidic thought.

A similar attitude toward non-Jews can be found in the Tanya, the so-called bible of Chabad hasidic thought written by the first rebbe of Chabad, Schneur Zalman of Liadi, and reprinted thousands of times by Chabad worldwide.

CANADA - A SECRET TESTING GROUND of coming "new world order"

The organizers of the coming "new world order" have the same goal, but they walk with a different walk. And here in Canada (the country where you can remain the least "visible") members of this "elite club of the world", decided to build a prototype of the coming "New World Order." A building of "Brookstreet-hotel" in Ottawa, where the meeting of the B-club [Bilderberg Club] took place, reminds me the shape of "the Jerusalem Temple," about the rebuilding of which world Jewry is dreaming of for two thousand years.

They have installed thousands of additional lights everywhere. The signs attached to the posts alert that round shaped cameras (like the countless Christmas balls) hung on them are the property of the police.

On the walls and ceilings of subway stations tens of thousands of passengers spying devices: optical cameras of a monstrous resolution, infrared, ultrasound and magnetic resonance "eyes" are installed. They are placed in a checkerboard pattern in the arrogantly close vicinity of people passing by: nearly one every inch. Their number, variety and properties allow you to see every passenger without clothes, to create a three-dimensional computer image of a victim (a cybernetic clone - a sort of virtual-metaphysical Eidolon).

Currently, every inch of the big city of Montreal is visible as if it were before your eyes. Video information is encrypted and flows to a single computer center, the access codes to which is available to the company Verint: a branch of Mossad (Israeli intelligence) and at the same time a developer and provider of video and other equipment. Under contract with the Canadian authorities controlled by Israel Verint mounts their "eyes of devil" in Montreal and other Canadian cities, and then continues their technical operation. This and other Israeli companies have received contracts to wiretap the phones of U.S. and Canadian citizens, installation and maintenance of their versions of office software programs installed in the ministries and departments, government agencies, schools, universities, hospitals, etc.

Interferometry, two different devices under one name "Medusa" and other inventions of the Israeli-American Jews simultaneously perform both - espionage-supervision, and the punitive-sadistic functions. Collaboration of Zionism with anti-Semitism has a long history, one of the most tragic episodes of which was a collaboration with the Nazis. This cooperation continued even during the war.

In his book "Zionism - the age of dictators," published in 1983, Lenny Brenner writes that Kurt Tuhler, one of the leaders of the German Zionist Federation, persuaded Baron Leopold von Mildenstein of SS to write the pro-Zionist article in the Jewish press. Baron agreed on the condition that he first visited Palestine. And two months after Hitler came to power, they went to Palestine.

Mildenstein stayed there for six months. And after his return wrote an article with praise about what he saw in the Zionist colony in Palestine. He also persuaded Goebbels to put a detailed report about this, a series of twelve articles, in his Der Angriff - the main organ of Nazi propaganda.

Millions of caskets have already been manufactured to store the bodies of several million people "in case of emergency". Quite sweeping and quite selective of a law, isn't it? But even citing the FACTS and providing EVIDENCE has become illegal? That brings up a question: Are you required to tell the truth to the court or should you lie about the facts and evidence? Or this so called law has nothing to do with law as such? Then what IS it? It does not look like a law of ANY kind. It looks like a purely totalitarian proclamation, just like in Soviet Russia or the Nazi Germany.

This is what the very essence of Nazism and fascism is - elevating one nation or race above all others. This law is inapplicable to any other nationality or creed. Because some of them claim that creation of a state of Israel by the Zionists is the worst violation of nothing less than Torah itself, even you can even conceive what this mean. It also means there could be no religious ground for creation of Israel, as it was explicitly prohibited by G-d and "Jews" are explicitly forbidden from creation of such as state or attack any other state for such a purpose.

The very essence of this so called law that goes against the very notion of Freedom of Speech and Basic Human Rights Convention is simply bizarre if not insane! No one in his clear mind could possibly sign under such a blatant and appalling concoction of the most perverted caliber unless they are corrupt to the bone and marrow.

So, what this so called law means is this:

The corruption is total, complete and perverse as in order to enact THIS kind of utterly racist "law" one has to be controlled on the level of his balls, as not even an entry level lawyer, under ANY circumstances, would consider such a "law" as something legal, constitutional or complying with the international conventions, such as the Convention on Basic Human Rights, signed by vast majority of governments of the world.

How could this possibly happen in a democratic and not a totalitarian society that such a selective treatment of one nationality over all others could possibly be allowed?

Why is this so called law has to do with "Jews" only, and not with bigotry as such? Are they some special kind of people needing a law to protect THEIR interests and no one else's? What happens if things described in this "law" become applicable to some other nationality? Well, there is no "law" for it, so it seems to be OK to do the same things towards all other nationalities.

But what about Democracy then? Is it out the door?

And about the most shocking thing about this "law" is that there exist a voluminous amount of evidence of those very things that are considered "evil" in this "law". Simply indisputable evidence and from the highest level authorities, religious leaders, historians, members of governments and you name it.

And the amazing thing about this so called law, which is utterly unconstitutional and goes against the Convention on Basic Human Rights, and establishes a GLOBAL spy agency within the US State Department, simply exposes those very things that plenty of the most respectable authors and researchers claim to be the case. Simple as that.

Do you understand? There are libraries worth of evidence, and not only some regular evidence, but the most compelling evidence and by the most prominent and respected individuals one could possibly hope to find.

In all likelihood, this so called law will be extended not only to spying activity, but to construct the lists of the"dissidents" to be destroyed, just like it was done in Russia during the Soviet era. It simply looks like a global operation to identify the "undesirables" and the "enemies of the people" as they were called during the Russian oppressions.

Later on, the "tribunals" were set up and all the "undesirables" were destroyed or sent to the death camps in Siberia.
