A new card for public transport (Opus) was introduced since 2008, which has built-in chip and personal identification number. Movement of each "man-number" is now registered even without video cameras. With the help of a special signal, to which each chip-card responds like a key on a chain (only silently), the police immediately determines the location of the "man-number".

Since 2005, in the parks of Montreal and other "zones" ("public areas") a "curfew" has been introduced. From 23.00 to 07.00 entrance to the parks, squares, stadiums, etc. is prohibited. Network of cameras and computers is directed against us, ordinary citizens. We have been converted into an appendix of the electronic matrix, which has taken in its deadly grip the most valuable: our souls and our freedom.
